The inspection agreement is a vital part of the inspection process.  The agreement outlines the perameters and conditions of the inspection report.  This informs the buyer or seller what to expect from the inspection report and inspector. 

The buyer, seller, or their authorized agent are required to read and sign the agreement prior to the report being written. 

The inspections and reports are completed to conform to the Internachi Standards of Practice and the Inspector strictly follows the Internachi Code of Ethics.
