There are many Inspection companies available in the Bay Area, so why us?
We have been in business for over 35 years building homes and 25 years inspecting properties.
Because of our intimate knowledge of the structure and its components, you will not get a more comprehensive and reasonable assessment of the property and its systems.
We feel it is imperative to have an inspector that not only has built, but continues to build.
All homes will have defects: new as well as old. It is important to have an inspector that can not only identify them, but to put them in perspective as compared to the total evaluation of the home.
We have been certified by Internachi, FREA, and Michael Fogli is a licensed General Contractor.
We are E& O insured, and carry General Liability Insurance
